Q. How does Thaibali compare with similar property developments ?
A. So far we have not come across such a quality small development so close to the beach. The spa villas offer the best value for money in the market and the quality of the construction is clearly on a par with villas twice the price. Our philosophy to complete the project before the end of 2005 is well received by visitors and buyers, who are all often concerned about the completion time of larger projects in the same price category.
Thaibali is truly unique incorporating a spa facility that enhances the pleasure and use of the spa villa for the owner as well as increasing the potential rental market as well as the resale value of the property. At the end of the day, there is no point in buying a 'one-in-a-dozen' villa, which on the resale market can only compete on the price front.
Q. What rental returns can we expect and do you guarantee them ?
A. In the first year we expect a return of around 6 percent which is likely to increase to 10% by year 3. We purposely do not guarantee a return because the only way to facilitate this is,as some developers do, to add the guarantee to the sales price, which is not our policy.
