Surin Heights

Surin Heights is an exclusive development of ocean view villas and luxury apartments on the Surin headland, one of Phuket’s most prestigious addresses. Developed by Andaman Prestige (Nakatani Group) and designed by NagaConcepts architects, the project offers a rare combination of architectural quality and spectacular sea views.

The villas are fully customisable — owners choose their own finishes, from rich hardwoods and vibrant colours to shades of white with subtle accents. Two show homes are completed to illustrate the possibilities: one tropical, one contemporary. Each villa includes a private master suite of 80 m² with an ocean-facing spa tub, waterfall shower, private sun deck, day bed and walk-in wardrobe.
