Surin Springs Estate

The Surin Springs Estate — a development of eight luxury villas and apartments — lies just off Phuket’s main west coast road, some 15 km north of the crowded, busy resort area of Patong and just a few hundred metres from relaxed, unhurried Surin Beach.

With forested Cherngtalay Hill as a backdrop, the Estate is set around a natural, spring-fed lake. The development comprises eight individually designed luxury villas and an apartment building containing eight one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Each villa has its own private swimming pool, whilst the apartments share a 30 m wet-edge pool. An equipped gymnasium is included for use by the estate’s residents.

A property management company takes care of all common area services, and provides extra value services including pool care, maid’s cleaning and a home rental programme.
